The actual Price paid by the customers will be converted and computed by Razor pay.                       During Offers, Incase if any pricing errors during may be in Product pricing , we will charge the correct price   and the balance amount paid by the customers would be refunded to their account.

EXCHANGE POLICY

The  exchange of the goods are mentionedin the Store policy. It  depending on the store return or exchange policy  they are are based on the policy of each individual stores. Please  read the store policy of  products on your orders. If the stores includes the exchange policy only one exchange per product is Permitted .

ORDER CANCELLATION

When your ordered  a product and pay on vangiko . you will get an order invoice on your mail.              We accept Cancels of your Orders only if we receive such communication and acknowledge the same  before shipping your order. an order can be cancelled over phone or through email before your goods are shipped.

Vangiko.in  have to right to rely on trustworthy third party services for handling of the payment. In a delinquency of payment from the customer, Artist Shot has the right o transfer the claims to a debt collection agency along with personal information needed for the handling of payments to third parties.

We refunds the amount paid to your debit card  or credit card account when an order cancellation accepted.

 And all Refunds are  subject to normal Banking procedures and will take normal time. But we will tries to refunds to your bank account  as soon as possible to make a better service. If any inconvenience directly email us to account@vangiko.in contact our number .

 If Cancelled the order after shipped. The  Shipping charges cannot be refunded.

RETURN SHIPPING

                                  Buyers/ Customers must be aware that published products by the sellers are regulated and controlled by the seller and vangiko.in  do not screen all the content on the website. Therefore it is the customers’ duty to validate the quality of the content including but not limited to grammar errors, misspelled words or overall presence of the product before making the purchase. Exchange policy does not apply to content but only to the physical product.

You understands that even though we have legitimate cautions with the products on our website, the content might be posted at an incorrect price or information or may be nonexistent. You understand and acknowledge that we cannot progress an order where such an error exists and hereby inform us to cancel such an order where we can take other actions as required.

Ordered product will be delivered to the address instructed by the customer by the postal/shipment service provider chosen by vangiko.in  and will be paid by the customer during the time of purchase. The shipping charges will fluctuate according to the size, weight, price and the delivery location of the ordered product. The ordered product will be shipped between few days. Depending on the location of the delivery, arrival time of the ordered product may vary. Our focus the Delivery is available in TAMILNADU Only in future we update the areas we are available to deliver.

Also, you authorize vangiko.in  to discard and dispose any product that becomes excess due to refunds, reprints, fraud, product sampling or promotional activities, in any way.

              If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer half courier charges to  returns or exchanges within same days of receiving your order when the store have its exchange or store policy. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

·         Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging

1.       Choose the valid reason for  you wish to return from your order

2.       After  The Confirmation of the valid reason.

3.       The Ordered goods  might be  exchange or returned not more than 3 days based on the sellers on our portal.

4.       All products are not valid for returns or exchange.

5.       After the confirmation of cancellation the you will receive by email.

6.       Send all items back to us using courier details  provided by us.
