Vangiko operates as a marketplace facilitator connecting buyers and sellers.
Vangiko shall not be liable for:
· Seller misconduct
· Courier delays
· Technical interruptions
· External service failures
· Indirect losses
Platform services may occasionally be interrupted due to:
· Maintenance
· Upgrades
· Technical failures
· Security incidents
Disputes may be addressed through:
· Marketplace support systems
· Internal review
· Applicable legal procedures
These policies shall be governed by applicable Indian laws.
Jurisdiction shall be subject to Tamil Nadu, India.
